摘　　要：县级公安机关对所属民警进行绩效考评有利于调动民警的工作积极性,为公安管理的其他活动提供依据,增强队伍活力,提高公安机关整体战斗力。但当前县级公安机关民警绩效考评还存在一些问题,本文就这些问题,提出了加强县级公安机关人民警察考评工作的对策。The performance appraisal of the county level public security organs for the civilian police is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of the police, providing basis for other activities of public security management, enhancing the vitality of the team and improving the overall combat effectiveness of the public security organs. However, there are still some problems in the performance appraisal of county level public security organs.
