摘 要:目的观察人参超微粉对实验性低血压大鼠心脏功能的影响。方法 40只Wistar大鼠随机选取10只作为正常组,其余30只每日2次灌胃(ig)给予复方利血平混悬液10ml/kg制备实验性低血压模型。24只造模成功的大鼠结合血压、体重随机分为3组:模型组、人参超微粉0.5、1.0g/kg组,每组8只。模型组大鼠ig给予0.5%CMC-Na 10ml/kg,其余2组ig给予相应药物,每日1次,连续给药4周。于造模前、造模过程中及给药后每周测量大鼠体重及心率1次,给药结束后每组随机选取2只大鼠测定超声心动图,摘取所有大鼠心脏计算心脏指数,观察人参超微粉对实验性低血压大鼠心脏功能的影响。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠体重自造模第1周至给药结束均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),自造模第7周至实验结束心率均明显升高(P<0.001);与模型组比较,人参超微粉0.5、1.0g/kg组大鼠的体重及心率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。各组大鼠超声心动图显示,与正常组比较,模型组大鼠出现收缩力降低;与模型组比较,人参超微粉0.5、1.0g/kg组EF、%FS明显上升(P<0.05),LVIDd、LVIDs无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论人参超微粉对实验性低血压大鼠体重下降及心率升高均无明显改善作用,能改善实验性低血压大鼠心肌收缩功能。Objective: To observe the effect of panax ginseng superfine powder on cardiac function in rats with experimental hypotension. Methods: 40 Wistar rats were randomly selected 10 rats as normal group, the remaining 30 intragastric administration (ig) treated with compound reserpine suspension ( lOml/kg twice one day) preparation of hypotension model. 24 rats which successfully modeled were divided into 3 groups: model group, panax ginseng superfine powder 0.5 and 1.0g/kg group (n=8). Model group rats were given 0.5% CMC-NalOml/kg, other experimental groups were ig each group of corresponding drugs once a day, continuous administration for 4 weeks. The body weight and heart rate before modeling, modeling process and after treatment were measured once a week for 1 times, after the administration of 2 rats were randomly chosen by echocardiography, the removal of all rat heart calculation of cardiac index, to observe the effect of panax ginseng superfine powder on cardiac function in experimental hypotensive rats. Results: Compared with the normal group, model group rats were significantly lower body weight from the first week after administration (P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01), and the heart rate increased significantly from seventh weeks to the end of the experiment (P〈 0.001); compared with the model group, body weight and heart rate of the panax ginseng superfine powder 0.5 and 1.0g/kg group rats had no significant difference (P〉 0.05). From the cardiogram can be seen, compared with the normal group, model group rats showed contractility significantly decreased; compared with the model group, panax ginseng superfine powder 0.5 and 1.0g/kg group rats EF and % FS increased significantly (P〈0.05), LVIDd and LVIDs had no obvious difference (P〉 0.05). Conclusion: Panax ginseng superfine powder did not improve the body weight loss and heart rate increase of experimental hypotension rats, and it can improve myocardial contractile function in experimental hypotension rats.
