摘　　要：目的建立加味天麻胶囊含量的高效液相色谱测定法。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(3:97),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长为220nm,进样量为10μl。结果在该色谱条件下,在浓度2~19.8μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,重复性RSD=0.46%,平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=0.41%)。结论本法灵敏、简便、准确、重复性好,能有效控制加味天麻胶囊的含量。objective to establish a HPLC method for the content of flavoured tianma capsules. Methods C18 chromatographic column was adopted, the flow phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphate solution（3：9,7）, the flow velocity： 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 220 nm, and the sample size was 10 l.Resultsin this chromatographic condition, the relationship between the concentrations of 2 ~19.8 g/ml was good, r = 0.9997, RSD = 0.45%, and the average recovery rate was 98.6%（RSD = 0.41%）.Conclusion this method is sensitive, simple, accurate and repeatable, and can effectively control the content of gastrodia capsules.
