酮康唑单独及联合克霉唑栓治疗老年霉菌性阴道炎的效果及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究并分析治疗老年霉菌性阴道炎患者使用酮康唑单独及联合克霉唑栓的治疗效果。方法收集老年霉菌性阴道炎患者共112例,根据随机化分组原则分为对照组(56例)和观察组(56例),对照组的治疗药物为酮康唑,观察组则联合使用克霉唑栓,将两组患者疗效、症状改善情况及血清炎性因子表达水平进行观察和对比。结果观察组治疗后总有效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);就症状改善情况而言,观察组显著高于对照组;而在血清炎性因子表达水平方面,观察组显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在老年霉菌性阴道炎患者的治疗过程中,酮康唑联合克霉唑栓能够使患者获得更佳疗效,降低血清炎性因子的表达水平,并迅速改善患者的临床症状,值得推广应用。[Objective] To analyze the efficacy of ketoconazole alone or in combination with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis. [Methods] A total of 112 patients with senile vaginitis were divided into the control group （56 cases） and the observation group （56 cases） according to the randomized grouping. The control group was treated with ketoconazole, the observation group was treated with the combination of ketoconazole and clotrimazole suppositories, and the efficacy, symptomatic improvement, serum estradiol, serum follicle-stimulating hormone levels of patients between the two groups were observed and compared. [Results] In the observation group, the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group. In the case of symptom improvement, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. In the serum estradiol and serum follicle-stimulating hormone levels, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, P all less than 0.05. [Conclusion] Ketoconazole alone or combined with clotrimazole suppositories can improve the curative effect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with senile vaginitis. It is worthy to be popularized.
