摘　　要：有效率的产业组织是提高我国农业产业竞争力关键所在。从本质上看,农业产业组织创新就是实现农业产业组织在建立有效竞争秩序的同时发挥规模经济的作用,也就是使垄断与竞争达到均衡,实现竞争活力与规模经济在时空上并存。而规模经济的本质是一种结构经济,其实现可以有一系列的产业组织载体。The efficient Industrial organization is the key that enhances competition ability of industry of our country agriculture.In essence,the innovation of agricultural industrial organization is in the sense that the agricultural industrial organization plays the role of the economy of scale when it establishes competitive order that is fair and effective.In another word,to keep the balance of monopoly and competition realizes the co-existence of the competitive vitality and the economy of scale in space and time.The economy of scale,however in essence,is a structure economy,which is capable of being realized by a set of organizational forms.
