摘  要:在采用炭基吸附剂处理VOCs时,一般认为:脱附温度与所脱附物质的沸点有关,而且脱附温度越高,脱附效率越高。通过对大量工程实践的分析得出结论:脱附温度与所脱附物质的沸点基本没有关系,而是和它的饱和蒸气压密切相关;脱附温度并不是越高越好,有些物质采用高温脱附时,其脱附率反而下降。文章提出了脱附温度的确定原则和方法,按照此法选择脱附温度,可大大减少能源浪费,降低运行成本。It generally believes that the desorbing temperature is relating to the boiling point of the desorbed material as using char radix adsorbent to treat VOCs. The desorbing temperature is higher, the desorption efficiency is higher. By analyzing a large number of engineering practices, the conclusion shows that the desorbing temperature has nothing to do with the boiling point of the desorbed material, but is closely related to its saturated and vapor pressure, the desorbing temperature is not the higher the better, some materials use high temperature clesorption, the desorption rate decreases. After analyzing the above situation, the paper puts forward the determining principles and methods of desorbing temperature According to this method, the desorbing temperature can greatly reduce the energy wastes and the operation costs.
