焦化厂项目竣工环保验收监测实例分析

摘　　要：煤焦化是资源消耗型行业,传统的煤焦化呈现出高能耗、高排放和高污染的特点。当前,焦化企业采用的生产工艺大多比较复杂,产污环节多,配套的环保设施类型也较多。本文以徐州市某焦化厂为例,从项目的污染来源、防治措施、监测点位、监测因子、评价标准及结果评价等方面,对该类建设项目的竣工环境保护验收监测进行实例分析,并提出相关建议。Coal coking is a resource consuming industry. The traditional coal coking is characterized by high energy consumption, high emission and high pollution. At present, most of the production processes used in coking enterprises are more complex, more pollution links and more types of environmental protection facilities. Taking a coking plant in Xuzhou as an example, from the aspects of pollution sources, prevention and control measures, monitoring points, monitoring factors, evaluation criteria and results evaluation, the paper analyzes the environmental monitoring and acceptance monitoring for such projects, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
