摘 要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源,无水乙醇为抑制剂,加入一定量的硼酸和氨水,制得N-B共掺杂的二氧化钛光催化剂。壳聚糖(CS)经N-B/TiO_2改性后作为阴膜层材料,以天然高分子海藻酸钠(SA)作为阳膜层材料。将柔性链聚乙烯醇(PVA)分别与CS和SA共混,用来增强双极膜界面层的兼容性和柔韧性。分别用氯化铁和戊二醛对阴、阳膜层进行交联改性,制备SA-N-B/TiO_2-CS双极膜,并将该双极膜作为电解槽的隔膜通过光电催化模拟降解苯酚废水,测定苯酚废水降解率。N-B codoped TiO_2 photocatalyst was prepared by using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source, anhydrous ethanol as inhibitor and adding a certain amount of boric acid and urea in the reaction system. The cathodic coating material was chitosan(CS) modified by N-B/TiO_2 and the anode coating material was the natural polymer sodium alginate(SA). Flexible polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was mixed with CS and SA respectively to enhance its flexibility and the compatibility of the interface layer in the bipolar membrane. Glutaraldehyde and ferric chloride were used to realize the crosslinking modification of the cathodic coating and the anode coating, and the SA-N-B/TiO_2-CS bipolar membrane was prepared. Then the bipolar membrane was used as the diaphragm of the electrolytic cell to simulate the degradation of the phenol wastewater with photoelectrocatalysis,and the degradation rate was determined.
