摘 要:采用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、NH_3-TPD和Py-FTIR等技术对Y-Beta复合分子筛和Y分子筛进行了表征,对比了两者的孔特征以及考察了在Y分子筛上复合Beta分子筛对甲苯甲醇烷基化性能的影响。结果表明,HY-Beta-C催化剂的比表面积、孔体积均有所增大,中强酸量有所提高,明显提高了该催化剂在甲苯甲醇烷基化反应中的甲苯转化率以及二甲苯收率,在400℃时,HY-Beta-C的甲苯转化率和二甲苯收率均是HY-C的1.5倍。Y-Beta composite molecular sieve and Y molecular sieve were characterized by XRD, BET,NH_3-TPD and Py–FTIR, their pore characteristics were compared, and the influence of compounding Beta molecular sieve on Y zeolites on alkylation of toluene with methanol was investigated. The results showed that the surface area and pore volume of HY-Beta-C catalyst were both increased, the amount of medium strong acid were improved, which obviously improved the toluene conversion and xylene yield for alkylation of toluene with methanol. At 400 ℃, the toluene conversion and xylene yield of HY-Beta-C were 1.5 times as high as those of HY-C.
