摘　　要：论述了精对苯二甲酸装置溶剂回收单元的工艺原理和控制方法,着重解析了共沸精馏温度梯度控制的操作要点,在数据上补充了之前国内文献的欠缺。在环保要求日趋严格的背景下,提出了操作人员具备"全局意识"和装置自身减排的新理念,对于新建装置的员工培训和运营具有参考意义。The process principle and control method of solvent recovery unit in PTA plant were summarized, the operation points of temperature gradient control in azeotropic distillation process were analyzed, and the operating data filled up the lack of domestic literatures. It＇s pointed out that the operators should have new concepts of ＂overall consciousness＂ and ＂emission reduction＂.
