摘  要:某热电厂给水泵汽轮机出现了间歇性振动故障,分析了运行中的热力参数、振动频谱结构图、波形图。根据故障现象,判断是前轴承油档处的严重积垢,导致了内部构件周期性的碰摩,从而引发了间歇性振动故障。经拆卸并查看油档,证实了对故障的判断。通过清理油档油垢,清除了已脱落的杂质。检修后,消除了给水泵汽轮机的间歇性振动,为类似振动故障的识别、诊断与处理,提供借鉴。In this paper, the intermittent vibration failure of a feed water pump turbine of a thermal power plant is analyzed. Having analyzed the thermal parameters, vibration spectrum, wave forms and working condition during the operation, it is diagnosed to be periodic rubbing caused by serious fouling in the oil damper of front bearing, which is confirmed by dismantling and checking the oil damper during maintenance. The intermittent vibration failure is finally eliminated through cleaning the fouling in the oil damper and deciduous insulating materials on site and so on. The fault treatment achieves good effect, and provides the experience reference for the similar vibration fault identification, diagnosis and treatment, which is of great value.
