摘　　要：镇海乙烯装置近年来一直致力于裂解原料优化工作,深挖炼油装置可利用的资源,提高裂解原料的轻质化率,重点讲述了镇海乙烯装置轻质原料干气资源、富乙烷气以及液化气的利用情况,同时讲述了裂解原料轻质化后给装置运行带来的炼厂富乙烯原料中甲烷、氢气比例过高,冷箱负荷高等问题,针对这些问题提出了的应对措施及构想。In recent years,SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has made efforts to optimize the ethylene cracking feedstock,explore the available resources from oil refining units and increase the proportion of light cracking feedstock. This paper focuses on the utilization of dry gas resources,ethane-rich gas and liquefied petroleum gas in the ethylene plant in Zhenhai,introduces the problems in operation caused by the utilization of light cracking feedstock such as the high methane and hydrogen proportion in refinery ethylene-rich feedstock and the high load of cold box,and puts forward some corresponding solutions to these problems.
