摘  要:为完成中国石油独山子石化分公司"三增两降两优化"的生产策略,提高1 000 kt/a乙烯装置的产能和产品收率,1 000 kt/a乙烯装置结合现有工艺条件和实际操作状况,由裂解炉7开1备的运行模式,尝试8台裂解炉运行并收集关键生产数据,延长裂解炉的运行周期并提高裂解选择性。结果表明:这些举措提高装置产能和降低综合能耗,确保装置正常运行并完成顺利2016年的生产任务。To complete Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Company's production strategy of Three Increases,Two Reductions and Two Optimizations and to improve the capacity and product yield of its 1.0 Mt/a ethylene plant, the operation mode of cracking furnaces was changed from 7 in operation and 1 as standby into 8 in operation based on the available process conditions and actual operation, and key production data was collected to prolong the operation cycle and improve the cracking selectivity of cracking furnaces. The results show that these measures can improve the capacity of ethylene plant and reduce the comprehensive energy consumption,so as to ensure the normal operation of ethylene plant and the accomplishment of production tasks in 2016.
