乌梅汤合宣郁通经汤加减治疗子宫腺肌症痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析乌梅汤合宣郁通经汤加减在子宫腺肌症痛经患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取120例子宫腺肌症痛经患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各60例。对照组使用孕三烯酮治疗,而治疗组则以乌梅汤合宣郁通经汤加减治疗。经3个月规范治疗,观察患者治疗前后痛经VAS评分、血清糖类抗原(CA125)及子宫体积的变化。结果:两组痛经VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血CA125变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。子宫体积大小比较,治疗组比对照组在缩小子宫体积方面更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅汤合宣郁通经汤加减能有效改善子宫腺肌症痛经及防止子宫癌变,临床效果显著。Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy on dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis by Wumei decoction combined with Xuanyu Tongjing decoction. Methods： The 120 patients with adenomyosis dvslnenorrhea were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, 60 cases in each group. The patients were treated by gestrinone in control group and Wnmei decoction comhined with Xuanyu Tongjing decoction in treatment group. After standardized treatment for thre months, the changes of VAS score, serum carbohydrate antigen （CA125） and uterine volume were observed before and after treatment. Results： The VAS scores were compared between the two groups, and lhe difference was statistically signifieant （P〈0.05）. In the analysis of blood CA125, the treatment group showed lower blood CA125 than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed lower volume of uterus than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conelusion： The Wumei decoction combined with Xuanyu Tongjing decoction can effectively relieve adenomyosis dysmenorrhea and prevent uterine cancer, and the clinical efficacy is significant.
