摘　　要：目的探讨手足口病与微量元素、免疫球蛋白水平的相关性。方法随机选取本院收治的60例手足口病患儿,进行多种微量元素、免疫球蛋白水平检测,并与正常儿童进行比较。结果研究组患儿血清锌、钙、铁、镁水平均显著低于对照组正常儿童血清锌、钙、铁和镁水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.01);而研究组患者血清铜水平虽高于对照组血清铜水平,但差异无统计学意义(t=9.7100、P=0.1933)。研究组患儿血清Ig A、Ig G水平均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=-4.8700、P=0.0065、t=-5.6200、P=0.0024)。结论手足口病患儿存在微量元素缺乏、免疫球蛋白水平低下,应注意增强患儿免疫力及补充微量元素,提高治愈率。Objective To investigate the relationship between hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） and the trace element, immunoglobulin. Methods Total of 60 children with HFMD were selected, randomly. The levels of various trace elements and immunoglobulin were detected, respectively, and compared with healty children. Results The levels of serum zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant differences （all P 〈 0.01）. The level of serum copper of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group, but with no significant difference （t = 9.7100, P=0.1933）.The levels of serum IgA-IgG of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant differences （t =-4.8700, P = 0.0065; t =-5.6200, P = 0.0024）. Conclusions Children with HFMD were lack of trace elements, and their immunoglobulin levels were also low. Enhancing immunity and complement trace elements for children may improve the recovery rate.
