摘　　要：目的分析东莞健康体检人群维生素D状况,以及影响维生素D水平的因素。方法随机抽取春夏季节在东莞市人民医院体检中心进行体检的健康东莞本地居民508例,用电化学发光法测定血25羟基维生素D(25 hydroxyvitamin D,25OHD)水平。结果血清25OHD的平均浓度为(67.51±22.98)nmol/L,其中维生素D缺乏、不足、充足分别占受检总人数的20.86%、47.05%、32.09%。对性别、年龄及季节分析,同年龄段女性较男性维生素D缺乏明显,青年女性及青年男性维生素D缺乏明显,春季比夏季维生素D缺乏明显。结论东莞地区居住人群维生素D缺乏的患病率高,年龄、性别及季节都是影响因素。Objective To investigate vitamin D status and related factors in population of physical examination in Dongguan. Methods A total of 508 healthy subjects living in Dongguan were randomly selected in spring and summer, and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D （250HD） level was assessed by high efficiency liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC） as- say. Results The average level of plasma 25OHD concentrations of all subjects were 67.51±22. 98 nmol/L. The prevalence of deficiency, insufficiency, and sufficiency of vitamin D were 20. 86%, 47.05%, and 32.09% respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis which included sex, age, hight, and weight as related factors showed that age and sex were positively associated with plasma 25OHD concentrations （P〈0. 05 ）. Further analysis showed that vitamin D deficiency of women were higher than men within the same age group （P〈0. 05 ）. Vitamin D deficiency in young women group and young men group were more common than others with the same sex （P〈0. 05 ）. Vitamin D deficiency in spring were higher than summer. Conclusion The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency are very common in people living in Dongguan, and age, gender, and seasons are all influencing factors.
