摘　　要：通过工程实例,介绍了某住宅楼整体倾斜的原因及倾斜后的加固处理方案。该工程在进行现场检测鉴定的基础上,通过理论分析,得出该住宅楼产生整体倾斜的原因,进而提出切实可行的加固处理方案,为今后类似工程的检测鉴定及加固处理积累了经验。Combining with the engineering case, this paper introduces the reasons for the overall tilt of a residential building and the strengthening scheme . On the basis of on -site inspection and appraisal and through theoretical analysis, the paper obtains the reasons and puts forward a feasible reinforcement scheme, accumulating experience for future similar projects.
