摘　　要：少数民族非物质文化遗产作为少数民族传统文化艺术的精髓在社会发展过程中不断被传承,但是随着少数民族非物质文化市场利益的冲突和少数民族文化遗产"申遗"的价值提升,传统的少数民族非物质文化遗产保护难以适应法制社会非物质文化遗产的保护,少数民族非物质文化知识产权保护成为维护民族文化遗产可持续发展的必然选择,然而,受诸多因素影响,当前少数民族非物质文化知识产权保护处于萌芽阶段,整合少数民族非物质文化遗产资源,创新知识产权保护成为新时期推动少数民族非物质文化遗产保护的必然选择。the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities as the essence of traditional ethnic culture and art in the process of social development is inheritance, but as the conflict of minority interests of non material cultural market and cultural heritage of ethnic minorities ＂World Heritage＂ enhance the value of the traditional minority intangible cultural heritage protection is difficult to adapt to the legal protection of non material society the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities and non property rights protection of intangible cultural knowledge has become a balanced social interests to maintain the inevitable choice for sustainable development of the national cultural heritage, however, affected by many factors in the minority of non property right protection of intangible cultural knowledge in the embryonic stage, the integration of national intangible cultural heritage resources of intellectual property protection and innovation become the inevitable choice for protecting the minority intangible the cultural heritage of the new period.
