摘 要:试验研究了自然放牧(NG)与全混合日粮(TMR)育肥对绒山羊成年母羊小肠及胰腺酶活性的影响。选择60只阿尔巴斯白绒山羊成年母羊分为两组,每组30只。一组母羊在天然草场放牧,为放牧组;另一组母羊舍饲饲喂TMR,为TMR组。育肥期均为60 d。结果表明,与NG相比,TMR育肥显著提高了母羊十二指肠胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性,空肠脂肪酶活性,胰腺淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05);对母羊回肠胰蛋白酶活性有提高的趋势(P=0.08);对母羊小肠淀粉酶活性没有影响。总之,与NG相比,TMR育肥可以提高绒山羊成年母羊小肠和胰腺的消化酶活性。The study was conducted to study the effects of pasture or total mixed ration (TMR) feeding on enzyme activities in small intestine and pancreas of adult female cashmere goats. A total of 60 adult goats were assigned to two groups(pasture-fed group and TMR-fed group)of thirty animals each. Pasture-fed group was allowed to graze natural pasture.TMR-fed group were kept indoors and received TMR.Animals from both the two group experienced 60 d of feeding experiment. The results showed as follows: enzyme activities including trypsin, chymotrypsin and lipase in duodenum, lipase, amylase and trypsin in jejunum were significantly higher in TMR-group compared than Pasture-fed group(P〈0.05); Trypsin activity in ileum showed a tendency to be higher in TMR-fed goats than in pasture-fed animals(P=0.08), and amylase activity in small intestine was not influenced by the feeding regimens. Overall, TMR increased digestive enzyme activities of female cashmere goats.
