过瘤胃脂肪对林麝血液指标的影响

摘　　要：选用20头年龄相近、体况良好的成年雄性林麝。采用完全随机设计分为4组,研究日粮添加过瘤胃脂肪(0、5、10、15 g/d)对林麝血液指标的影响。结果表明:日粮添加不同水平过瘤胃脂肪对林麝血清葡萄糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、钙、磷、镁、肌酐、孕酮等无显著影响(P>0.05);试验后10 g/d组和15 g/d组雌二醇显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与5 g/d组差异不显著(P>0.05);10 g/d组睾酮较对照组和5 g/d组显著提高(P<0.05),但与15 g/d组差异不显著(P>0.05)。根据试验结果推断,林麝日粮过瘤胃脂肪的适宜添加水平为10 g/d。Twenty adult male Forest musk deer were used in a complete randomized design to evaluate the effects of supplemental rumen protected fat （0, 5, 10, 15 g/d） on blood parameters. The results showed that there was no significant effect on blood glucose, total protein, albumin, triglyceride, cholesterol, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, creatinine and progesterone of Forest musk deer between treatments （P〉0.05）. The after trial estradiol of 10 g/d group and 15 g/d group were higher than that of control group significantly （P〈0.05）. The testosterone of 10 g/d group was higher than that of control group and 5 g/d group significantly （P〈0.05）. According to the experimental results, the optimum level of rumen protected fat in diet of Forest musk deer was 10 g/d.
