摘 要:煤矿锚杆安装质量是保障煤矿锚杆支护效果的前提和基础,因而其安装质量检测方法与技术研究一直受到工程与学术界的高度重视。采用煤矿锚杆支护质量无损检测方法及其仪器与软件,设计了煤矿锚杆安装质量无损检测方案,结合工程实测,研究了新安装锚杆特征长度(锚固段长和自由段长)和初锚力的随机无损检测方法,给出了初始稳定阶段锚杆轴力的增长规律。研究结果表明,锚杆轴力变化与围岩变形具有良好的对应关系;与传统锚杆安装质量检测技术相比,本方法具有随机、准确、方便和经济等优点,并能为煤矿锚杆支护优化设计以及围岩稳定性控制评价提供可靠依据。The bolt installation quality is the premise and foundation to ensure mine bolt support effects. The bolt installation quality testing method and technique research have always been attracted great importance by engineers and academic researchers. In this paper, a non-destructive detection plan of bolt installation quality was designed by adopting the method, instrument and software of non-destructive detection on bolt installation quality. Based on field measurements, a random non- destructive detection method on characteristic lengths including anchorage length and free segment length and initial axial load of bolts was studied The increase law of axial bolt load in the initial stable stage was obtained. The results show that the axial bolt load has a good corresponding relation to the deformation of surrounding rock. Compared with the traditional detection technology of bolt installation quality, the non-destructive testing method has obvious advantages of random, accuracy, economy and so on. This method provides a reliable basis for the bolt support optimization and stability control evaluation of surrounding rock.
