摘  要:为了研究工作面推进过程中,基本顶在上部载荷和下部冒落岩块地基反力的共同作用下产生的挠曲变形,在分析煤壁前方基本顶支承压力分布的基础上,利用弹性地基板理论,建立了基本顶挠曲微分方程。在满足边界条件和连续条件下,推导得到挠曲微分方程的解法。以基本顶岩层为例结合工程实践,通过求解基本顶的挠曲微分方程,分析了基本顶挠度和弯矩分布规律。结果表明:由基本顶挠度曲线得到采空区应力恢复距离为64.3 m,相当于0.36倍的采深;煤壁位置基本顶下部地基压缩量为525.2 mm,且煤壁前方基本顶部分区域出现上升现象;通过分析基本顶的弯矩分布规律,认为基本顶岩层在煤壁前方11.47 m处弯矩最大,易在此处发生断裂;最后提出采动跨距的概念用以表示岩层移动变形主要影响区域的范围,并计算得到基本顶的采动跨距为77.9 m。To study the deflection of the main roof caused by upper stress and foundation reaction of caved material during coal mining, based on the distribution of abutment pressure ahead of the working face and using he theory of elastic foundation plate, a deflection differential equation of main roof is proposed. Under the condition of the specific boundary conditions and continuity conditions, the solution to the differential equation is derived. The deflection of the main roof are achieved with using the proposed equation. The result shows that: the recover pressure distance of goal is 64.3 m, which is 0.36times of the burial depth of coal seam. The compression of foundation under the main roof is 525.2 mm. However, there is an upthrow ahead of that region. Considering the distribution of bending moment of the main roof, the location of the maximum value of the bending moment is about 11.47 m ahead of face, is calculated where the main roof breaks easily. At last, a concept of so called "mining influence span" in overburden strata is put forward which represents the scale of influenced region caused by coal mining and its value is 77.9 m.
