摘 要:为了探究自主研制的新型CF封孔材料各组分及水料比对其膨胀性能的影响,基于该CF封孔材料的化学膨胀机理,确定了影响膨胀性能的关键影响因素;通过单因素实验探究了各关键影响因素对CF材料膨胀性能的影响,并根据中心组合(Box-Behnken)实验设计原理,应用响应(曲)面分析法(RSM)进一步确定了各关键影响因素对其膨胀性的显著性大小,得出了最优实验参数。实验结果表明:各关键影响因素的显著性排序为:铝粉掺量(掺有等量Ca O)>水料比>石膏掺量;并结合现场实际情况,以CF封孔材料膨胀率为主要指标,同时考虑凝结时间和强度,得出最优实验参数为:铝粉掺量0.56%(掺有等量的Ca O)、石膏掺量2%、水料比0.6。In order to investigate the effects of the components and water-cement ratio of the new CF sealing material on its expansion property, the key influencing factors of expansion property is determined based on the chemical expansion mechanism of the CF sealing material. Through adopting the single factor experiments, the effect of each key factor on expansion property is determined. Further- more, the significance of each factor's effect are analyzed, according to the experimental design princi- ples of Box-Behnken and the analytical method of response surface methodology (RSM). Finally, the optimal experimental parameters are obtained. Results show that the effect-significance order of all the key influencing factors is: the aluminum content (mixed with equal amount of CaO)〉water-cement ratio 〉gypsum content. Meanwhile, the optimal experimental parameters (aluminum content of 0.56% (mixed with equal amount of CaO), gypsum content of 2% and water-cement ratio of 0.6) are obtained with the expansion rate as the main indicator, as well as taking the setting time and strength into account.
