摘 要:针对镁合金板材室温成形较差的特点,研究了不同含量稀土Gd元素对Mg-Zn-Gd变形镁合金室温成形性和织构的影响。采用不同Gd元素含量的Mg-Zn-Gd镁合金进行冶炼、均匀化退火和热轧。通过光学电镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪等对获得的镁合金板材进行其显微组织、织构和成形性能等的测试和研究。结果表明,一定含量的稀土Gd元素可以有效地改善和控制轧制Mg-Zn-Gd稀土镁合金板材的基面织构、埃里克森值和力学性能等。According to the characteristics of poor stamping of magnesium alloy sheets at room temperature, the effect of the content of rare earth Gd element on the texture and room temperature forming properties of the deformed Mg-Zn- Gd magnesium alloy was studied. Mg-Zn-Gd magnesium alloy with different Gd element content was obtained by smelt- ing, homogenizing annealing and hot rolling. The microstructure, texture and forming properties were studied by the op- tical electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffract meter. The results showed that the Gd ele- ment can effectively improve and control the base texture, the Eriksson value and the mechanical properties of the rolled Mg-Zn-Gd alloy sheet.
