摘  要:分析了影响气幕挡墙夹杂物去除率的主要因素,依据水模型试验结果,优化组合中间包气幕挡墙与控流装置的工艺布置,研制弥散式镁质气幕挡墙,开发气幕挡墙吹氩智能控制技术、气幕挡墙吹氩液面覆盖技术等,攻克了制约气幕挡墙夹杂物去除率低的几个关键技术难题,应用气幕挡墙吹氩比不吹氩的轧材中夹杂物数量同比减少50%以上。The main influence of the inclusion removal rate by gas curtain were analyzed. The technical arrangement of gas curtain and the flow control device in the tundish were optimized according to the results of water model experiment.The gas curtain of dispersion magnesium was developed,and intelligent control technology and technology of surface covered with argon blowing for gas curtain was developed,etc. Some key technical problems that restrict the low removal rate of inclusions in gas curtain are overcome. The inclusion ratio of argon blown by gas curtain is less than 50% that of non blowing argon.
