摘 要:目的观察一种自主研发的纸塑包装灭菌搁置筐在压力蒸汽灭菌应用中降低湿包率的效果。方法对比使用常规灭菌装载筐与应用搁置筐灭菌后发生湿包情况。结果在4所医院观察到用常规灭菌装载筐(对照组)放置纸塑包装器械12 112件,发生湿包1 393件,湿包率为11.50%;用纸塑包装灭菌搁置筐(实验组)放置纸塑包装器械12 112件,发生湿包95件,湿包率为0.78%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论使用搁置筐可有效降低压力蒸汽灭菌纸塑包装器械的湿包现象。Objective To observe the effect of a self-designed peel-pouch shelving basket on reducing the occurrence of wet packs after steam sterilization. Methods Wet packs of peel pouches placed on common sterilization baskets and new-designed shelving baskets were compared after steam sterilization. Results Of 12 112 peel pouches packaging instrument loaded in common sterilization baskets( control group) in 4 hospitals,1 393 wet packs occurred and the wet pack rate was 11. 50%. Of 12 112 peel pouches package instrument loaded in new-designed shelving baskets( experimental group),95 wet packs were found with a wet pack rate of 0. 78%. There was a significant difference between the two groups( P 〈0. 001). Conclusion Using shelving baskets can effectively reduce the occurrence of wet packs of instruments wrapped in peel pouches after steam sterilization process.
