摘　　要：东北轻合金有限责任公司是国家"一五"期间建设的我国第一个铝镁加工企业。自上世纪八九十年代至今经过两次技术改造,装备已达到国内领先\国际先进水平。但全公司设备6 000余台套,如何做好设备管理,为生产保驾护航就显得尤其重要。因为实施了设备管理"三大工程",有效的推进了设备综合管理,取得了较好效果。Northeast light alloy Co. , Ltd is a national ＂first five -year construction during the period of the first magnesium aluminum processing enterpr/ses in our country. Since the 1980s and 1990s, two technical modifications have been made, the equipment has reached the advanced level in China. The company has more than 6000 sets of equipment, how to manage the equipment. Escort for production, the three major projects of equipment management are implemented, The comprehensive management of the propulsion equipment has achieved better results.
