摘 要:对某240 t/h循环流化床锅炉开展了污泥协同掺烧研究、低氮燃烧调整试验和脱硝系统优化。结果显示:污泥掺烧比例6%以下,对锅炉燃烧氮氧化物生成量无明显影响。随着烟气氧量增加锅炉燃烧氮氧化物生成量显著增加,飞灰和底渣的含碳量随风室静压的增加而升高。锅炉低氮燃烧调整试验后,脱硝剂消耗量明显下降,锅炉高负荷节省脱硝剂17.1 L/h,低负荷节省脱硝剂46.9 L/h,NO_x能够高效稳定实现超低排放。高负荷锅炉效率提高了0.15个百分点,优于设计的锅炉效率值;低负荷锅炉效率为91.35%,提高了0.15个百分点。SNCR脱硝系统优化后,脱硝剂消耗量显著降低,节省脱硝剂消耗37.6%。Study of sludge co -combustion and combustion adjustment test have been carried out in in 240 t/h CFB boiler. The results show that no significant effect of NOx emissions when below 6% sludge co - combustion. As the amount of oxygen concentration increases in flue gas, the amount of NOx produced by the boiler increases significantly. The carbon -content in ash and cinder increase with the increase of static pressure in the chamber. After the lowNOx combustion adjustment test, the consumption of deoxidizer decreased obviously, the boiler at high load saving deoxidizer agent 17. 10 L/h the boiler at low load saving deoxidizer agent 46. 9 L/h. Ultra- low NOx emission can be achieved very steadily. The boiler thermal efficiency at high load increased by 0. 15 percentage points, meanwhile boiler thermal efficiency at low load is 91.35% which increased by 0. 15. After the optimization of the selective non - catalytic reduction system, the consumption of the deoxidizer agent is obviously reduced, saving deoxidizer by 37.6%.
