摘 要:针对现有的四连杆型液压支架存在的主要问题,设计出了一种三自由度并联液压支架,基于TRIZ理论,并结合物场分析和小人法进行优化设计,优化后的液压支架能够克服四连杆型液压支架的原理性缺陷,增加了液压支架的侧向让压能力,使液压支架更易于适应复杂的工况环境,为液压支架样机的制作提供了理论依据。A three-DOF parallel hydraulic support is designed to overcome the main problems existing in the existing four-link hydraulic support, based on the TRIZ theory, and combining with contradiction analysis and villain method to optimize the design, the optimized hydraulic support can overcome the principle of defects of four-link hydraulic support, and increase the lateral pressure capacity of hydraulic support, so that the hydraulic support is more easily adapted to the complex conditions of the environment, and provides a theoretical basis for the production of the prototype of the hydraulic support.
