摘  要:简要介绍新型乳化液泵的曲柄双连杆机构型式,采用SolidWorks建立连杆模型,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件进行静力学分析,验证连杆刚度、强度符合要求,得到其危险截面及变形最大处,并为新型乳化液泵的优化设计提供理论依据,积累设计经验。Briefly introduced the crank and double-connecting rods mechanism ot new type ot emulsion pump, SolidWorks is used for building the connecting rod model, statics is analysed by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, verifying the stiffness and strength of connecting rods meets the requirement, got the dangerous cross-section and the maximize deformation, the theoretical basis for optimal design of new type of emulsion pump is provided, the design experience is increased.
