摘　　要：文稿价值是学术期刊的生命线,是评价和衡量学术期刊质量的最重要、最基本的标准,也是学术期刊核心竞争力的重要标志。目前,大多数学术期刊存在稿源多、质量差以及审稿取舍难的困境。时下流行的期刊"责任编辑"制,要求学术期刊的文章责任编辑从语言的深度加工、撰写的规范性、选题的目的性及其命名的纲目性等形式表征来判断文稿的价值;从清晰的问题意识以及论点、论证方法、资料的创新和鲜明的知识性信息等内容表征来研究文稿的价值。加上考察作者的学术信息、文稿的参考文献,以及注重编辑的学术理性等相关因素,以期对有价值的文稿作出快速、理性和专业的判断。The value of research articles is the lifeline of academic journals, constitutes the most important and basic standard for evaluating and measuring the quality of academic journals, and is also an important symbol for the core competitiveness of academic journals. At present, most of the academic journals face the dilemma of varied contribution sources, poor quality and difficulty in making judgment and publishing valuable ones. Currently the editor-in-charge system of the journal demands that the commissioned editors of academic articles should judge the value of the researches according to the format, the processing of language, research topics and their reasoning. In addition, the relevant elements like the author＇s academic background, the references provided by the manuscripts and the rationale of the research are also examined.
