HPLC法测定痔疮外洗颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立痔疮外洗颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:在Inert Sustain C_(18)柱上,乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(30︰70)为流动相,柱温为30℃,检测波长为345nm,流速为1.0m L/min,测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:盐酸小檗碱的检测浓度在8.447 5~135.16μg/m L范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9),回归方程为A=39 129.4C+6 826.52。精密度试验RSD为0.07%,平均回收率为100.04%,RSD为1.34%。结论:该方法简单、快速、重现性好,可用于制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method of quality control of Zhichuang Waixi Granule. Method： On InertSustain C18 column, we take CH3CN-0.05 mol/L and KH2PO4 （ 30 ： 70 ） as mobile phase, with column temperature 24 ℃, UV detector at wavelength 345 nm and flow rate 1.0 mL/min. Result： The berberine hydrochloride was in good linearity in the concentration range of 8.4475 - 135.16 μ g/mL （ r=0.9999 ） . The regression equation was A=39 129.4C＋6 826.52. The RSD was 0.07% and the average recovery was 100.04% in the precision test. Conclusion： This method is simple, quick and accurate, repeatable, which could be used for quality control of this preparation.
