摘 要:采用反应注射成型工艺,以三配钨酚(WCl6-OPh R)为主催化剂,一氯二乙基铝(Et2Al Cl)为助催化剂,乙叉降冰片烯(ENB)为共聚单体制备了双环戊二烯-乙叉降冰片烯共聚合材料(P(DCPD-ENB))。采用红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TG)分析仪对该材料的结构及性能进行了表征,结果表明,DCPD与ENB单体聚合所形成的产物是共聚物。力学性能测试结果表明,当ENB用量为0.75%时,P(DCPD-ENB)的力学性能达到最佳,其冲击强度达到13.53 k J/m2,拉伸强度达到68.75 MPa,分别比纯PDCPD提高了10%和52.78%。This paper focuses on the preparation of dicyclopentadiene-ethylidene norbornene copolymer (P(DCPD-ENB)) by using reaction injection molding (RIM), in which WCle-OPhR serves as the main catalyst, Et2AICI as the co-catalyst respectively. And also, the structure and features of the products are characterized by using FTIR, SEM and TG. The results show that the polymerization products of DCPD and ENB monomer are copolymers. The results of mechanical test show that when the dosage of ENB is 0.75%, the mechanics performance of P(DCPD-ENB) copolymer is best. The impact strength of the copolymer reaches 13.53 k Jim2, which is 10% higher than that of pure PDCPD, and the tensile strength reaches 68.75 MPa, which is 52.78% higher than that of pure PDCPD.
