环保型阻燃聚丙烯座椅的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：制备了一种环保型阻燃聚丙烯座椅,并对其燃烧性能和力学性能进行了研究。力学性能测试结果表明,该座椅材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度分别达到24.5 MPa、457.1%和8.323 k J/m^2。燃烧性能测试结果表明,该座椅组件的5 min内总热释放量（THR_（5min））、最大热释放速率（MHR）、最大烟密度分别为25m J、46.54 k W和15%,其燃烧性能满足GB 8624—2012 B1级指标要求。A kind of environment friendly flame retardant polypropylene seat was prepared, and combustion performance and mechanical properties of the polypropylene seat were studied. The results of mechanical property test show that, the tensile strength, elongation at break, Izod notched impact strength of the seat material are 24.5 MPa, 457.1% and 8.323 k Jim2, respectively. The results of combustion performance test show that, the environment friendly flame retardant polypropylene seat meets the requirements of B1 grade combustion test （GB 8624--2012）. The THRsmin, MHR and maximum smoke density are 25 m J, 46.54 kW and 15%, respectively.
