摘　　要：国家政策是推动解决社会问题的最重要途径。在政策推动下,我国大学新一轮人才培养模式改革与实践迅速展开。有效推进改革实践,势必需要在理论上对大学人才培养模式相关问题开展进一步研究。基于这一背景,从大学人才培养活动实际出发,采用从实践到概念的分析视角,围绕大学人才培养模式的几个关键问题进行分析,力图为当前及未来我国大学人才培养模式改革实践提供理论支持。National policy is the most important way to solve social problems. With the promotion of policies, a new round of reform and practice in the talent cultivation mode ensues. Effectively advancing the practice of reform will inevitably require further research on the mode of cultivating talents in universities. Based on this background and based on the actual situation of talent cuhivation activities in universities, this paper examines several key issues concerning the talent cultivation mode in universities from the perspective of ＂from practice to concept＂, and hopes to provide theoretical support for the current and future reform of China＇s talent cultivation mode.
