摘　　要：实践能力是研究生培养的核心素质,国家高度重视研究生实践能力的培养。改进和加强研究生实践育人,要完善培养目标明确、考核机制健全的研究生培养模式;要不断拓展专业实习实践、寒暑假社会实践、日常志愿服务和国际交流等实践渠道;要形成重视实践育人的社会共识、凝聚实践育人的合力、打造有效的资金筹措渠道,构建强有力的研究生社会实践支持系统;要注重提升社会实践效果,既让研究生在实践中受教育、长才干、做贡献、促就业,又让提供实践机会的企事业单位得实惠,构建共赢机制。Practical ability is the core quality of postgraduate training, and the government attaches great importance to the cultivation of postgraduates＇ practical ability. To improve and strengthen the practice of postgraduate students, it is necessary to improve the training model of postgraduate students with clear objectives and perfect evaluation mechanism; to continuously expand the practice channel such as professional practice, social practice, daily volunteer service and international exchange; to form social consensus that attaches importance to the practice education, to unite the combination of practice education, to build an effective fund raising channel, and to construct a strong support system for graduate students＇ social practice; to pay attention to promote social practice effect, to build a win-win mechanism in order to let postgraduate students receive education, improve ability, make contributions and promote employment, and at the same time benefit the enterprises which provided practical opportunities.
