摘 要:网络化的广域保护控制是配电网发展的必然趋势,然而其工程化应用受通信网络实时性与可靠性的影响,现阶段尚缺乏定量化的配电网广域保护控制系统通信网络性能分析工具与研究方法,使得相关研究难以深入开展。从网络性能约束出发,基于OPNET仿真平台对实体设备进行自定义建模,并通过加载报文协议、设置网络优化策略搭建配电网广域保护控制系统仿真模型,并结合通信设备选型、网络拓扑以及优化调度策略设置不同仿真场景在不同网络层级下进行通信组网策略仿真研究,获得定量化的网络性能分析结果。基于OPNET的配电网广域保护控制系统通信网络性能分析与组网策略研究方法能为配电网广域保护控制系统通信组网的规划、设计与运行提供指导依据。Wide-area protection and control based on communication network is an inevitable trend of the distribution network development, but its engineering applications are affected by the delay and reliability of communication net- work. However, due to the lack of quantitative analysis tools and research methods of wide-area protection and control communication network for distribution network, it is difficult to carry out related research in depth. With the consideration of network performance constraints and based on OPNET simulation platform,the equipments are mode- led, and the simulation model of wide-area protection and control system is built via loading message protocol and scheduling strategy setting. With the combination of type selection, network topology and optimal dispatching strate- gies, the simulation research of communication networking strategies is carried out in different simulation scenarios at different network levels, and quantitative simulative result can be collected. The network performance analysis and networking strategy based on OPNET can provide guidance for the planning, design and operation of the wide-area protection and control system of distribution network.
