癌痛中医药的外治疗法及特点分析

摘　　要：癌性疼痛是癌症患者的常见并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量和抗癌信心。本文通过整理文献,探讨中医外治法治疗癌痛的作用机制及其主要疗法,并统计筛选出2000年至2017年9月发表于国内的58篇主题为"癌痛、外治"的期刊文献,对文献中涉及到的各种中医外治方法进行相应分析。Cancer pain is one of the common complications in cancer patients. It severely impacts the quality of life of cancer patients and deteriorates their believes in anti-cancer therapies. By reviewing the literature, this article discusses the mechanism and external treatment of cancer pain with traditional Chinese medicine. Totally 58 articles were found related to cancer pain ＆ external treatment published domestically from September 2000 to 2017, and analyzes the external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in the literature accordingly.
