益智不同生长期不同产地微量元素的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立益智微量元素含量的测定方法,并对不同生长期不同产地样品中微量元素砷、汞、铅、镉、铜、锌、锰和铁的含量进行比较研究。方法采用原子荧光光谱分析法测定益智样品中砷、汞、铅、镉元素,原子吸收光谱分析法测定益智样品中铜、锌、锰、铁等元素的含量。结果对不同产地益智果实中各元素含量测定分析,最佳益智产地为海南琼中毛阳镇、屯昌乌坡镇和屯昌南吕镇;对益智生长周期中根茎、茎叶、果实的各元素含量测定结果表明,最佳采收期为刚结果第45日。最佳采收期益智果实中各微量元素的含量为:砷0.0609μg·g-1,汞0.0007μg·g-1,铅0.9729μg·g-1,镉0.0372μg·g-1,铜173.5μg·g-1,锌67.25μg·g-1,铁927.5μg·g-1,锰635.0μg·g-1。结论最佳益智产地为海南琼中毛阳镇、屯昌乌坡镇和屯昌南吕镇;最佳益智采收期为刚结果第45日。益智微量元素的测定方法快速、准确;研究结果将为益智的种植、质量评价以及资源的合理利用提供参考。Objective To establish a method to determine trace elements in Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. of different growth stages and different cultivation regions. Methods The content of Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The content of As, Hg, Pb and Cd were determined by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy. Results The best cultivation regions of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. included Maoyang town of Qiongzhong county, Wupo town of Tunchang county and Nanlv town of Tunchang county in Hainan province. The content of trace elements of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. was different in different growing stages. The best harvest time for A lpinia oxyphylla Miq. was the 45th day and the contents of trace elements were 0.0609 μg g-1 for As, 0.0007 μg g-1 for Hg, 0.9729 μg g-1 for Pb, 0.0372 μg g-1 for Cd, and 173.5 μg g-1 for Cu, 67.25 μg g-1 for Zn, 927.5 μg g-1 for Fe, and 635.0 μg g-1 for Mn. Conclusion The best cultivation regions of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. cover Maoyang town of Qiongzhong, Wupo town Tunchang country and Nanlv town of Tunchang in Hainan province. The best harvest time ofAlpinia oxyphylla Miq. is the 45th day. The method is fast and accurate and can provide valuable data for luther investigetion ofAlpinia oxyphylla Miq..
