摘 要:目的测定不同地区地榆饮片中地榆皂苷Ⅰ和地榆皂苷Ⅱ的含量。方法采用Thermo Synoronis C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为35℃,流动相A为0.1%磷酸水,流动相B为乙腈,梯度洗脱。结果所选取的7个省18批地榆饮片样品中地榆皂苷Ⅰ含量在3.1%~7.7%,地榆皂苷Ⅱ含量在0.16%~0.87%,不同产地地榆饮片中地榆皂苷Ⅰ和地榆皂苷Ⅱ含量存在差异。结论本方法精密度、重复性、稳定性都符合规定要求,适用于地榆皂苷Ⅰ和地榆皂苷Ⅱ的含量测定;可将地榆皂苷作为地榆的质控指标之一,以填补药典无地榆皂苷含量测定的空白。Objective To determine the content of ziyuglycoside Ⅰ and ziyuglycoside Ⅱ in Sanguisorba officinalis slices from different areas. Methods Thermo Synoronis C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column was used, the flow rate was 1.0 mL min - 1, the detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of solution A (0.1% phosphoric acid water) and solution B (acetonitrile) with gradient elution. Results The content of ziyuglycoside Ⅰ in 7 provinces was 3.1% -- 7.7%, and the content of ziyuglycoside Ⅱ was 0.16% -- 0.87%. The content of ziyuglycoside Ⅰ and ziyuglycoside Ⅱ was different in different areas. Conclusion The precision, repeatability and stability of the method are in accordance with the stipulated requirements, and the method is suitable for the determination of ziyuglycoside Ⅰ and ziyuglycoside Ⅱ. Ziyuglycoside can be used as one of the quality control indexes of Sanguisorba officinalis slices.
