摘  要:采用熔融密炼的方法制备左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)与右旋聚乳酸-己内酯的无规共聚物(PDLA-r-PCL)共混物。通过热重分析、差示扫描量热、X射线衍射和拉伸测试等技术研究了PDLA-r-PCL含量对PLLA结构与性能的影响。结果表明,加入PDLA-r-PCL后,共混物中形成了立构晶(SC),且随着PDLA-r-PCL含量的增加,SC的含量逐渐增加;熔融温度对后续PLLA的结晶有较大影响,在220℃熔融后降温,立构晶的存在对后续α晶的形成有一定的促进作用;在28℃拉伸PLLA/PDLA-r-PCL淬冷样品,当无规共聚物的含量达到20%时,其断裂伸长率从纯PLLA的13%增加至440%,即使是退火后的样品,无规共聚物也能显著增加PLLA的韧性,且拉伸应力值变化较小。Poly(L-Lactide)/poly(D-Lactide)-r-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PLLA/PDLA-r-PCL) blends were prepared by melt blending. The effect of PDLA-r-PCL content on the structure and properties of PLLA was systematically investigated by TGA, DSC, XRD and tensile testing. It is found that the stereocomplex crystal (SC) can be formed after adding of PDLA-r-PCL, and its content increases with the increase of PDLA-r-PCL content. The melting temperature has a significant impact on the crystallization behavior of PLLA/ PDLA-r-PCL blends. Upon cooling from 220 ℃, the existence of SC has a nucleation effect on α form. After stretching quenching samples at 28 ℃, the elongation at break of modified PLLA is significantly improved from 13% of pure PLLA to 440% of PLLA/PDLA-r-PCL (80/20). The toughness of PLLA quenched and annealed samples could be enhanced by the addition of PDLA-r-PCL, and tensile stress has fewer changes.
