摘  要:采用层间剪切的测试方法,研究了湿热-高温循环老化对碳纤维双马树脂基复合材料界面性能的影响,分析了复合材料的质量变化过程以及不同循环老化次数下的层间性能、表面和断口形貌、动态力学性能及红外谱图。结果表明,随着湿热老化次数的增加,饱和吸湿率逐渐增大后又减小,但达到吸湿饱和所用时间逐渐缩短;随着高温老化次数的增加,老化前期的质量损失速率降低得不多,但最终的质量损失率有着小幅度的升高。湿热-高温循环老化导致了纤维与基体间的界面破坏,但层间剪切强度降低的幅度不大,有着较高的保持率。随着循环次数的增加,每次湿热老化后的Tg都较前一次有所升高,但在每次高温老化后的Tg都相差不大。高温老化在循环老化过程中起主导作用,期间发生了热老化效应和氧化反应。The influence of cyclic hygrothermal-thermal aging on the interfacial property of carbon fiber composite was investigated via inter laminar shear strength test. The mass change, interlaminar property, surface and fracture morphology, dynamic mechanical property and IR spectrum of the composite were analyzed at different cyclic aging times. The results show that with the increase of hygrothermal aging times, saturated moisture uptake rate increases firstly and then decreases while the time to reach moisture saturation reduces gradually; with the increase of thermal aging times, the mass loss rate decreases in the early aging, but the last mass loss ratio has a small increase. The interfacial damage is caused by cyclic hygrothermal-thermal aging, but the inter laminar shear strength decreases a little with a higher retention rate. With the increase of cyclic times, the Tg is higher than previous hygrothermal aging counterpart, but the Tg is not much different at each thermal aging. The thermal aging plays a leading role in the cyclic aging process during which the thermal aging effect and the oxidation reaction occur.
