影响高校护生素质的不良因素及教育对策

摘　　要：高校输出的护生人才是职业护士的储备力量,是极其重要的护理人才资源。在护理教育中应该注意及时克服或排除影响高校护生素质的不良因素,注重进行高校护生在形成职业素质时影响因素的针对性教育,有助于让护生形成正确的职业素质和职业信念,进而培养出有着高专业技能、高护理水平、正确职业信念、素质全面的优秀护士。The talents of nursing students output in Colleges and universities are the reserve force of professional nurses, and it is an extremely important resource of nursing talents. In nursing education should pay attention to timely to overcome or exclude the impact of adverse factors of college nursing students＇ quality, pay attention to college nursing students for education factors in the formation of occupation quality, help students form the correct occupation quality and occupation belief, and to cultivate excellent nurses with high professional skills, high level of care right, occupation belief, comprehensive quality.
