摘　　要：20世纪90年代后期,犯罪心理测试技术已在甘肃生根发展。十多年来,该项技术已经发挥出排除无辜,认定犯罪嫌疑人或知情人,识别伪证、伪供,缩小侦查范围,消除抵赖心理,减少刑讯逼供,降低侦查成本,提高破案率,为诉讼提供科学证据等巨大作用,并呈现出高水平的发展势头。Criminal Psychological Test Techology Has Been Rooted in Gansu, Which, by the Efforts of Policing Staff, Proofs to be the most Effective on Clearing up Doubts, Confirming Suspects and Witnesses, Distinquishing True from False, Limiting the Investigated Areas, Removing the Facts Deny, Reducing Extort a Confession by Torture and Lowing the Work Cost; In Addition, it Appears to be the Trend of High Working Level.
