摘　　要：科学发展观推动了公安教育变革思想与创新思维的提出,指导了公安教育思想解放与体制创新的深入实践,同时引发了对公安教育问题深层次的思考。实践证明,公安教育只有立足"服务实战",坚持"五个原则",加强"五项机制",实行"教、研、训、练、战"一体化,才能顺利推进公安教育自身建设的创新与发展。Scientific development standpoints bring about probing to problems of public security education、presentation of reform and innovative thinking、practical guidance to mind emancipation;it proved that innovation and development can be achieved only by carrying out practical service、Five Principles、Five Mechanism and combination of Teaching、Research、Training、Practice and Fighting as a whole.
