摘  要:以香蕉未成熟雄花诱导的不定芽为受体,采用钴60辐射诱变技术,研究不同辐射剂量对不定芽和植株成活率的影响,并分析突变植株的表型。结果表明:巴西香蕉未成熟雄花诱导的不定芽的适宜辐射剂量范围为3~7 KR,以5 KR为最佳,得到的有益突变率最多。本研究结果为通过辐射诱变技术培育香蕉新种质提供依据。Adventitious shoots induced from banana immature male flower were radiated with a cobalt-60 (^60Co) source to induce mutagenesis to observe the effects of different radiation doses on the survival rates of shoots and plantlets, and their mutant phenotypes were analyzed. The results indicated that the suitable radiation dose of ^60Co for banana adventitious shoots ranged from 3-7 KR, with the dose of 5 KR being the optimum, which produced the most beneficial mutations. This result will provide basis for radiation-induced mutation of banana new germplasm.
