摘 要:研究桉树叶片贮藏蛋白质和硝态氮的动态变化规律,为提高桉树氮素利用效率及实现人工林的可持续发展提供科学依据。采用考马斯亮蓝法和水杨酸法测定了桉树叶片的蛋白质含量和硝态氮含量,并探讨叶片中硝态氮和蛋白质之间的相关性。结果表明:(1)桉树叶片总蛋白质含量随季节发生规律性的变化,早春生长时期叶片蛋白质含量急剧下降,至3月份下降到最低,之后在1.728~2.242μg/mg FW呈波浪式变化;(2)桉树叶片硝态氮含量也具有季节性的变化规律,冬季和春季时期硝态氮含量下降,从4月份开始上升,至6月份后又开始下降,秋季时期上升,总体上呈一个"W"字型的变化趋势;(3)桉树叶片硝态氮和蛋白态氮代谢的相关性并不显著。综合分析得出,桉树的叶片中总蛋白质含量的动态变化与树木营养生长的变化规律相一致,可作为桉树合理施肥的一个重要参考指标。桉树春季生长所需的氮化物可能来自冬季休眠期积累的贮藏蛋白质和叶片中的硝态氮。The dynamic changes of the storage proteins and nitrate nitrogen of Eucalyptus leaves were observed to provide reference for improved uptake of nitrogen by Eucalyptus and sustainable development of Eucalyptus plantations. The protein content and nitrate nitrogen content in the leaves of Eucalyptus were determined according to the Lowry-Folin method and salicylic acid method, and the relationship between the leaf nitrate nitrogen and the leaf protein content were analyzed. The results showed that the total protein content of Eucalyptus leaves changed regularly with the seasons, declining sharply at the growth stage in early spring, down to the lowest in March, and changing between 1.728 and 2.242 μg/mg FW in a wave way. The nitrate content of Eucalyptus leaves also showed a regular change with the seasons, declining in winter and spring, up in April, down after June, up in autumn, generally showing a W trend. The metabolism correlation between the nitrate nitrogen and protein nitrogen of Eucalyptus leaves was not significant. Comprehensive analysis showed that the dynamic changes of the total protein content in Eucalyptus leaves were consistent with those of vegetative growth of trees, which could be used as an important indicator of fertilizer dressing for Eucalyptus. The nitrogen compounds needed for growth of Eucalyptus in Spring may be mainly due to the accumulation of storage proteins and the nitrate nitrogen in the leaves in a dormancy period of winter.
