摘　　要：目的讨论加巴喷丁(GBP)和盐酸曲马多结合积极心理暗示治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者的效果。方法将2015年1月-2017年1月76例PHN门诊配合患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各38例。对照组PHN患者采用加巴喷丁和盐酸曲马多治疗;实验组PHN患者在对照组治疗方法之后,再结合积极心理暗示治疗。观察两组间PHN患者治疗前后疼痛改善情况及副作用。结果实验组患者疼痛状况及生存质量均较对照组患者有明显改善。结论 GBP和盐酸曲马多结合积极的心理暗示治疗可以减轻PHN患者疼痛程度,并可提高PHN患者生存质量。Objective： To discuss the effect of Gaba Martin（GBP） and tramadol hydrochloride combined with positive psychological suggestion on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia（PHN）. Methods： from January 2015 to January 2017, 76 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 38 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with GBP and tramadol hydrochloride. The patients in the experimental group were treated with positive psychological suggestion on the basis of the treatment methods in the control group. The pain improvement and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results： the pain and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group. Conclusion： GBP and tramadol combined with positive psychological suggestion can relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
