“形神同调”法治疗面肌痉挛

摘　　要：根据临床多年经验,袁秀丽教授认为治疗面肌痉挛,不唯治风先治血,且需"治风以调神"。其善用百会、合谷、太冲、四白等穴位治疗面肌痉挛,认为本病虽与"风"有关,而治之之法,需"调神以全形"。形为神之所寓,神为形之主。夫神为两精元气之所聚,百会及合谷、太冲可醒神、安神,局部穴位可调理人体气机、疏通精气之郁滞,使不足者能补之,有余者能泻之,待神气至、经脉通、内部经气调和,则神气外露,外则五色修明。临床或用安神之药方,如酸枣仁汤、归脾汤等,可加强针刺安神调气之效。如此"针药并用",不仅取"内外同治之理",亦有药剂补针刺之不足、针刺纠药物之偏废之义;"形神同调",不唯"祛风"以全形,又为治本以调神,神明至则正盛邪却,虽有邪而弗能为害,其病易愈。Based on years of clincial experience,Professor Yuan Xiuli holds that the treatment of facial spasm doesn’t necessarily and merely focus on the treatment of wind but it needs ＂ treating the wind to regulate spirit＂. She is good at applying the acupoints of Baihui（ DU 20）,Hegu（ LI 4）,Taichong（ LV 3） and Sibai（ ST 2） for the treatment of facial spasm. Body is the residence of spirit and spirit if the dominator of body. Spirit is the accumulation of essence and primordial qi. The needling of Baihui（ DU20）,Hegu（ LI 4） and Taichong（ LV 3） has the effects of clearing mind and calming mind. The needling of local acupoints can regulate qi movement and dredge the obstructed essence and qi flow. Clinical application of Sour Jujube Decoction and Spleen-Restoring Decoction can strengthen the needling effects of calming mind and regulating qi. Such simultaneous application of drug and acupuncture follows the principle of simultaneous treatment of the exterior and interior and alos supplement the shortcomings of either drug therapy and acupuncture therapy. ＂ Simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit＂ is a therapy that not merely dispelling wind to harmonize the body but also treating the root to regulate spirit. The maintanence of spirit ensures prosperious healthy qi and weak pathogenic qi,which is helpful for the cure of disease.
