中药熏蒸配合金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸配合金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年6月本院收治的膝骨性关节炎患者60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予洛阳市第一中医院骨科熏洗方熏蒸加口服筋骨痛治疗,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后Lysholm's膝关节评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后膝关节Lysholm's评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率80.0%,两组有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸配合金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好的临床疗效,有效率优于单纯口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal fumigation in combination with Jin Wu Gu Tong Capsules（ JWGTC） on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital between March 2015 and June 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with the hospital’s prescription of orthopedics fumigation for fumigation in combination with Jin Gu Tong（ JGT） for oral administration,while the ones in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets for oral administration. Then Lysholm’s scores of knee joint before and after the treatment in the two groups and the clinical effects were observed. Results： The Lysholm’ s score of the knee joint in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7%,while that of the control group was 80%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese herbal fumigation in combination with JWGTC has a remarkable clinical curative effect on knee osteoarthritis,and the effective rate is better than that of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets for oral administration alone.
